Council responds to the Honourable John C. Crosbie
OTTAWA, June 19, 2003 – The Canadian Judicial Council today released a letter sent by the Honourable Richard J. Scott, Chief Justice of Manitoba and Chairperson of the Judicial Conduct Committee of the Council, to the Honourable John C. Crosbie in connection with his complaint against the Honourable Clyde Wells, Chief Justice of Newfoundland.
